No Reserve 33k Mile 1995 Dodge Viper RT/10

One of my favorite cars throughout my youth was undoubtedly Dodge’s Viper. The Viper possessed eye-catching styling and a powerful V10 engine that was partially developed by Lamborghini, so it’s hard not to love it. This 1995 Dodge Viper RT/10 has just less than 34,000 miles, and it’s available here on eBay as part of a no reserve auction.

This Viper is available in Franklin, Wisconsin with a clean title. The seller claims that it is 1 of 1,577 Vipers built for the 1995 model year, and also that it has a clean Carfax report.

As you would expect, the exterior of this Viper is stunning, in regards to both looks and condition. The black paint only adds to the menacing presence of this vehicle, and the Viper’s three-spoke wheels are one of my favorite OEM wheel designs ever.

Meanwhile, the interior is similarly tidy, and it only features one change – an upgraded stereo system.

Under the hood, you’ll find an 8.0-liter V10 engine, which made 400 horsepower and 465 lb.-ft. of torque from the factory. The engine only has 33,671 miles on it, and it pairs to a 6-speed manual transmission to drive the rear wheels.

At the time of publication, bidding for this Viper is at $19,750. Would you add this wicked roadster to your collection?

I am watching this one myself. If it doesn’t go much higher, I will be bidding.
A first or second gen Viper is on my to-do list within the next couple years, and this looks like it could be a good deal.

I had the opportunity to drive 4 different Vipers, Including a Hennessy 550. All were a blast, but not for the inexperience driver. The torque is so deceiving in creating speed and the car is designed for high speed driving that without any thought you are rolling at triple digit speeds without any effort and the car handles so well the you can easily be over your head in no time when the corners get tighter (and second gear is good to 80 mph with 4 more gears to go) The later ones have more room in the foot box, but even my size 11s in the newer ones took some trial and error to finding the right foot position to keep only the correct pedals applied at the correct time.
And NO ONE will ever attempt to beat you away from a traffic light!
