It is a good looking car, even if it is a BBC. Personally I’d be more inclined to look at it if it was a SBC, IMO they handle much better than a BB. Wishing the seller all the best.
The rumbling idle, the neck snapping torque and bragging rights of the 454 more than compensates for any change of handling. Not many of us Vette owners race or track them, but they have an undeniable appeal that’s hard to match in any other American car.

I’m not sure if it was 72 or 74 that was the last year of the chrome bumpers but this car is a great setup and if I had the money this would be mine!!
About 25 miles south of me.
73 had the chrome bumpers only on the rear.By 74 the chrome was gone.

Your welcome Tim.The Feds mandated 5 mph impact bumpers ,so by by chrome.So depending on your taste you can go either way.
35K “feels” overpriced for a ’72. They were already detuned and lower on power compared to 2 years previous. But, this one has a frame off restoration, so maybe worth the ask?
35K is middle of the road prices now PRA4SNW. I always recommend taking someone who knows Vettes with ya when searching. It took me almost 3 years to find the 93 I exactly wanted.
