We hope by now Santa and is sleigh have already visited each of your homes and brought you and your loved ones some Christmas joy! To kick this special day off, we want to wish you a very Merry Christmas! We also want to start out with the day with a very interesting and unique find. You can’t get much more interesting than this Albany Cutter sleigh from the late 1800s. It’s been in storage for the past 50 years or so, but is clearly an older restoration. You can find it here on eBay in Glen Cove, New York with a starting price of $3k.
I won’t pretend to know much about these horse drawn sleighs, but with all the snow on the ground here in Idaho and the roads an absolute mess, I’m thinking this would be a better way to travel. It might get a bit cold, but with a good blanket and a loved one to cuddle with, it would be a better alternative to fighting icy roads and distracted drivers.

And good cheer to all! Yesterday on the way to the Village I passed an Amish farm where two kids were being pulled by a horse. They had the hammer down on that horse! I slowed to watch them make the curve, that sled stuck like glue, so cool! Made my day.
