Seller’s Description: For sale is a rat rod project that my father-in-law (an auto body guy for five decades) started several years ago, and unfortunately wasn’t able to finish because he passed away after a short fight with cancer.
It is a 1926 Model T Ford with a custom fiberglass body, 1931/1932 Model A front fenders and lights, and a homemade grill, hood, rear fenders, and roof. It is powered by a 1967 327 Chevy motor, as well as a Powerglide transmission. It sits on a C4 Corvette suspension, and a custom fabricated 2 x 4 steel mainframe. And yes, that is a braking parachute on the back! This project has always been garaged. The wiring harness was never finished, the transmission isn’t connected in the back, and all sorts of unfinished bits will need tending to. It is going to need a lot of work to finish this thing up, hence the low asking price, but my hope is someone will see through all of that, and bring this awesome little rat rod project to life.
