Vehicle was purchased by a close friend in 1950. He owned Barnett’s Service Station on the corner of Wilson Way (at the time Hwy 99) and Main St. in Stockton, Ca. Before he died in 1959, he gave the vehicle to us along with the pink slip. We put it on blocks in his barn and covered it. In 1967 we brought it down and put it on blocks in our garage, where it sits today.
While in the barn, the side plates on the engine developed some small rust holes and the mice got to one side of the front seat. Roof has a small hole with subsequent ceiling liner damage. Only rust is on the running boards.
