Seller’s Description: 1930 Chrysler Imperial Model 80 Dual Side Mount/Rumble Seat Convertible-Extremely rare as only 15 Locke Bodies with the optional passenger rumble seat door were produced in 1930. The body is super straight and rock solid. The car is equipped with the 6 cylinder engine, 3sp trans, dual side mounts, dual cowl lights, crank out windshield, rumble seat with rumble seat door, hubcaps and wire spoke wheels. It has been rumored that this car was once in Harrah’s Museum, but thus far I haven’t been able to document this. The car is in the process of a total restoration. It was in good running condition before the restoration was began. Thus far the body has been re-painted in the original yellow color. All the chrome and stainless trim have been re-plated and polished to show condition. The last photo shows exactly what the cars looked like when they were new. Price is $35,000 USD.
