Seller’s Description: 1941 Graham Hollywood! Restore, Hotrod, Ratrod, I Don’t Care!
As long as I get paid! LOL!
Selling for a friend who for health reasons is not going to be able to complete the project but I am the guy; I am the decision maker so I don’t need to go to anyone else to accept on an offer.
Please, no emails, no texts; phone calls only to: (913-766-5168). If I don’t answer please leave a message and I’ll get back to you ASAP and now on with the show!
In this listing is a fairly complete 1941 Hollywood Graham and a parts car, three extra sets for front fenders, 4 right rear fenders and three left rear fenders, one very rare long-wheelbase Cord rear fender, a good set of windshield frames, a set of tires and wheels(wide whitewalls good for show!), 2 extra drive shafts, three extra headlight buckets, a few front and rear bumpers, two good radiators, an extra deck lid and a variety of small parts. The parts car has a complete front and rear suspension and all brake drums. The good car is missing some stuff but nothing that you can’t find easily. Yes, the car has some rust in the usual suspect places but nothing car killing. Virtually ALL Hollywood Grahams have rust, after all, they are 78 years old but this one has less than most. The floor is pretty solid and the step plates are good.
This was originally a supercharged car but the supercharger was removed along with the manifold crossover but the correct supercharger carburetor is still in place under that sexy chrome air cleaner which by the way, I am going to keep! The supercharger engine which has the unique oil outlet and oil return on the block for the supercharger is still present but locked up from sitting for many years.
All four doors open a close easily, the floor is not all rotted out and the very rare transmission tunnel cover is present. The windshield frames are in place and are good enough to replate. The lower grille was removed and an inverted Studebaker grille was welded in place but as you can see from the photos, there is a good restorable lower pan and grille that comes with the car. A second set of windshield frames come with the cars.
The rear bumper with two fronts is two mounting brackets for the front.
The driveshaft is still hooked up to the rear end, the transmission and handbrake drum with shoes are in the back seat. The seats are gone.
There are two of the special radiators for supercharged cars also present and in rebuildable condition.
All gauges are present and look good.
The steering wheel on one car is missing. Again, you can find these if you are restoring but if you’re rodding you’ll be using something else anyway. The front door handles and latch assemblies are missing but readily available you can use the ones from the parts car.
The front and rear fenders are good but of course, will need a little work.
The car has both tail light lenses although only one is shown in the photos.
The windshield wiper motor and transmission is present but not installed in the car.
A good restorable upper grille comes with the car so the nasty one presently on the hood can be tossed; it’s not restorable. The tires will hold air for a week or so making it easy to get on a trailer. There are two sets of lower grilles with the car.
If you are going to rod the car we might be able to adjust the price by removing the parts you don’t want so we can talk about that.
Only about 350 of the 1941s were ever built making them among the rarest of all US production automobiles.
I am selling this car on a bill of sale but I can obtain a title in the buyer’s name mailed directly to the buyer from the Kansas Department of Revenue. The title fee which will be in addition to the agreed-upon price is $20 for each car including mailing. Turnaround time is usually less than 30 days.
Might do a partial trade for an older Chevy, GMC, or Dodge pickup; no Fords, just no Fords! A four-door long bed would be nice!
If you want the car I’m sure we can figure a way for you to get it!
$12,000.00 or best offer, cash in hand, wire transfer to my receiving account, or certified check subject to verification. I can help you arrange shipping if you are out of town.
The cars are located in Kansas City, Kansas about four miles East of the Kansas Speedway.
Not many of these are left out there in the wild so don’t hesitate!
