Seller’s Description: 1950 Ford Club Coupe (Shoe Box)? This car began its journey with body off-frame restoration. The frame and all components were restored. The Body has since been put back on the frame, is completely rust-free, and is painted Sportsman Green. Little or no work is needed to frame and body. The rest of the car, windows, dash, interior, grill, bumpers, etc. is available and has NOT been restored. You must see because there are many other extras to go with this car stored on shelves in the shop. Too many for me to list. The motor (Circa 1950 V8 Flat Head) was machine shop rebuilt in 1994/1995. My husband put the motor back in the car, but the car never made it back on the road so there have been ZERO miles put on the rebuilt motor. My husband became ill and was unable to finish his project and has since passed away. Before his passing, he had the motor and transmission removed from the car. The motor is not for sale separately. It only goes with the car if desired. Just so there is no confusion, the car is for sale. You can purchase it alone or you can purchase it with the motor. The motor cannot be purchased without the purchase of the car. I have Fender Skirts that go with the car, they CAN be purchased without the purchase of the car. The Title is a Clear North Carolina Title. If anyone looking at this is a Guitar Picker and knows who Danny Gatton was (a Washington, D.C. Guitar Picker), he owned this car in the 1970s.
