Seller’s Description: Ford 2-dr Coupe (“Shoebox”) – 3 on the tree w/ electric overdrive, 6 cyl. inline, 6 volt.
Purchased used in 1953 (we are second owners) Parked outside under partial cover since 1957, last ran in 1958. Moved into barn in 2002. All original parts except rims/tires and right side chrome trim. Needs a complete go thru but all the pieces are there. Vehicle has been in Eastern Wyoming its entire life. Great project car, sadly no time for us. Vehicle received 3 bullet holes (?) in the late 60’s (Front Passenger side windshield, passenger side window and hood – as seen in the photos) Rims/tires (included w/ vehicle) shown in photos are/were for storage purposes. Damage to passenger side floor pan which has rusted thru in spots along at edge of weld seam nearest the exterior. (Windows had holes and livestock damaged the passenger door) Passenger door doesn’t close properly, sticks against sheet metal when opening. Drivers side floor pan is intact. Hood hinges work but need to be redone/strengthened. All window cranks work, rubber needs replacing. Does not start or drive. Must be trailered.
