Seller’s Description: Up for grabs is a 1951 Pontiac chieftain. The car had been sitting for many years and did not run when I got it. I put a starter in it rebuilding the fuel/vacuum pump and a fresh tune up and she runs great. Has a manifold gasket leak but the car will come with a new set. Had to replace a rear wheel cylinder as well. Car runs and lot drives but does not shift out of low gear. My next step was to delve into this. My research has brought me to it likely being a band adjustment but I am out of time and have lost storage for the car and I am moving. Need to sell price is obo. Thanks for looking.
