Seller’s Description: 1952 ford ranch wagon and Kom-Pak sportsman camper/ boat/ trailer. The car has only 38K original miles and has the original title in original owners name. The car is very solid and runs and drives great with or without the camper. I dissembled the car completely to do a reconditioning that the car deserved and used 99% what came on the car going back together. Original interior except for carpet and headliner.( one bad spot in front seat ) the car has new exhaust and battery, the original transmission was also rebuilt.
The Kom-Pak is even rarer than the car. Very few of these were manufactured.the ones that have been located have brought very high prices. ( 45K for one 2 years ago )The top of the trailer/camper is a12’ fiberglass boat with a new transom, I have added a 1/2 steel rod imbedded around the perimeter of the boat for extra strength when removing it from the camper as that was a weak point originally. The boat has been gel coated inside and outside. I have rebuilt all the cabinets using the original ones as a pattern. It still has original ice box and 8 gallon water storage tank. The rollers that swing out to roll the boat off are still attached to the camper. It has the metal bows to support the new canvas cover that snaps on when the boat is removed. It is probably the only one with the original serial tag still attached.
The outboard motor is also a rare one. It is a 3hp Johnson suitcase motor. It is called suitcase because it folds in the middle so it can fit into its own suitcase making it easier to carry and to store. ( the motor hasn’t run-in 10 years but still pulls easily )
Included in the sale is a new vintage cook stove, tackle box with some old lures, vintage rod and reel, wooden boat oar, a water resistant twin hospital mattress
