BF Classified: 1952 Ford Ranch Wagon & Kom-Pak Trailer

Location: Aurora, Indiana
Mileage: 38,000
Title Status: Clean
VIN: A589594

Seller’s Description: 1952 ford ranch wagon, Kom-Pak trailer, Johnson suitcase motor. The car has 38,000 original miles. Still titled in the original owner’s name. Everything original except paint, carpet, headliner, exhaust, and dual master cylinder installed. Completely disassembled for reconditioning. Frame and chassis blasted and coated with rust preventative paint and underneath undercoated. The Automatic trans was rebuilt. The Flathead V8 engine runs great. The interior is all original except for the headliner and carpet. ( the front seat dose have a bad place in it )
The Kom-Pak sportsman is extremely rare. It is all fiberglass including the 12’ removable boat that serves as its top. It has the galley in the back with all new cabinets built using the original one as a pattern. It has the original ice box and 7-gallon water storage tank. It still has the original serial tag.( probably the only one in existence) it has a new canvas top and bows that covers the camper when the boat is removed. Has cabinets along both sides inside it plus a small closet. the rollers to roll the boat off are still attached to it. The transom in the boat has been replaced. I molded a 1/2 steel rod around the perimeter of the boat to reinforce it when being removed. ( this was a weak spot in the design) the boat has been gel coated inside and outside.
The outboard motor is also rare. It is a Johnson 3hp suitcase motor that folds in the middle so it will fit in its original suitcase. And not take up a lot of space. The motor hasn’t ran in 10 years but it turns over freely.
