Seller’s Description: The MG TD was launched in 1950 and production ended in 1953. The MG TD features independent front suspension, rack and pinion steering and is powered by a 1250cc motor with twin SU carburetors with a 4-speed manual transmission. This 1952 MG TD is a great original example that’s been patiently awaiting restoration. It’s a partially disassembled project car that has been safely kept in storage for the last 30 years. The engine, transmission, and front panels have been removed. The engine has already been rebuilt saving a large restoration expense. All components to complete the rebuild except for carburetors and finishes appear to be included however some minor components might have been misplaced over the years. The front and side windshields are intact and wrapped in blankets and not visible in the pictures. The frame and body are free of rust. The top is included as well but will require new material.
