BF Classified: 1953 Sunbeam Alpine

Seller’s Description: True Barn find. Has been in barn storage since 1963. Very solid car to either restore or repair as is. There were only 1,560 examples made and according to the Alpine registry less than 200 in existence. This car is about as complete as they come original spare tire, jack and tool kit are in the trunk. All the keys are even there. Has factory side curtains with original fastening hardware. I don’t think there is another more complete original untouched car on this planet. When I bought the car the cylinder head was loosened from the block. I removed it and the block and cylinder bores look clean. The interior is complete including the picnic seats. The body is very nice. Rocker panels and floors are very solid. All exterior trim is complete. Convertible top and frame are there though the canvas is rotted. I have another of these cars which I am restoring frame off which is why I am familiar with the completeness of this car. Call or Email with any questions
