Seller’s Description: Selling my 1959 Biscayne Utility Sedan as I don’t have the time to get to it.Purchased from Florida 5 years ago.Texas car,348 250,HP,PG,PS,PB,3:08 Posi,5 1/2″ 59 wheels,fact AC,padded dash but shot.All original sheet metal.The 348 engine was redone before I got it.Recent carburetor and fuel pump rebuild and new fuel tank and sender obviously from long term storage.Car is complete including the AC! The Body number is 1221 so this is the real deal! Not a reg Biscayne and not easy to fake as I’ve seen a few of them out there.Car was built 2nd week Dec,58.This is a genuine Biscayne Utility Sedan.No Rear Seat! Very hard to find and NOT very common! There is small rusted area right under your feet in the driver floor as these used a rubber mat.Also a small rusted area in the trunk,easy repair,that aside,NO RUST!! I know the 59 Chevrolet’s VERY well so I know what it is! I paid a premium when I bought because of what it is AND the body condition.You ALL know the body is the most expensive labor intense area to do especially sourcing missing parts and excessive rust repair which is not a problem with this car,so it’s priced accordingly.I have some NOS parts available extra also.All the Biscayne side moldings,grille,bright work,grille guard,etc.I also have a NOS rubber floor mat as these didn’t use a carpets.I also have a correct 3X2 setup with a correct original air cleaner.Original pieces!Not the usual 3X2 setups I see for sale that are just pieced together wannabes.I hate to let it go but the years are flying by and want to start winding down my shop after this year as I recently turned 65.Been in the Automotive Business all my life and finally came to terms that I can’t do them all.I have lots of 59 Chevy stuff available also.Serious Inquiries only please and NO Trades.And yes,the price is firm!
