Seller’s Description: I am selling this 1960 Silver Cloud II, Drophead coupe Conversion.
Obviously, it is a project, and no you can’t drive it home! I have a clear California title in my name for this Rolls Royce. I have never tried to start it, but I did turn the engine over with a wrench, and it has the appearance of having had lots of work done to it. I also spotted the alternator conversion, very nicely done. The convertible top frame opens and closes quite easily. I am located in the center of Las Vegas, glad to work with your transport company to get this loaded and shipped to you. Make me an offer.

Rolls Royce had their convertibles made by coachbuilders in the UK when these cars were new. Places like Mulliner and Park Ward took new unfinished sedans off the line, and welded the front of the rear door onto the front doors to lengthen them. They obviously removed the roof, made a folding top frame, and had to rework the rear quarter panels to make it all come out. “Factory” cars such as this seem to be selling around $800,00. This type of conversion has been done over the years by independant shops, and these are referred to as ” Cut Cars”. They do not have the pedigree of UK factory made cars, so when finished they seem to be bringing from $100,000 to $350,000. I am looking for offers around 20K, or ; I was asked about trades. I have no interest in a boat or a Harley, but I would take in one of these are partial payment: Citroen 2CV, Vintage rear engine Fiat 500 or 600, 1965 0r 66 Mustang. Must have a title. Try me
This car listed was altered in a California workshop, it is not a UK coachbuilt car. It requires an experienced bodyman to finish. Lots of work has been done, lots to go.
