Seller’s Description: 1964 Bonneville purchased off the showroom floor at the former Pat Clark Pontiac, here in Las Vegas. It was purchased by my Father in Law, who played the Violin at the Dunes Hotel for over 30 years until it closed.
He passed away this past February and the title and keys are nowhere to be found. I have stored the car for about 2 years, and He and his wife paid storage on it for 10 to 12 years before that, and it sat in their driveway before that until the city got mad, and made them remove it. So all of that to say, It hasn’t run in probably in 30 years or more. I don’t know for sure but I got the impression transmission failure was was caused it’s demise.
The good news is, is this car is LOADED with Tilt Wheel, Air Conditioning, Power Windows, and Power Seat. The radio even has REVERB!! It has a rear seat center armrest, and the rust you see in the pictures is the proverbial “Surface Rust”
This car would certainly be a project, or an awesome parts car.
A little side note, he traded in a 2 door gold 62 Impala on the Bonneville, because the Impala didn’t have AC. Hand to forehead, but Las Vegas certainly needs AC. Also I’m sure the odometer rolled over once, not twice.
