Frame off restoration on a solid original unit (see pictures). Only original part is the shell. All new hardware, electrical, plumbing, and systems. Underbelly is insulated, and sealed.

Beautiful red cedar lines the walls and ceiling. Baltic Birch, and Superior Alder makes up the cabinets through-out.
This trailer is self-contained. Unit has fresh water, grey water, and black water tanks with sensors. Long 30 amp shore power cord. Propane water heater, propane/electric refrigerator, propane stove/oven, electric microwave, electric A/C and heat, and electric water pump. There is an external propane hook up for an outside fire-pit, or BBQ by the entrance door. Unit has smoke and CO2 detectors. Large rear bathroom with lots of storage, a large shower and porcelain toilet. Two flat screen TVs, separate DVD players, and are both wired for cable. Three roof vents with electric fans, and a large skylight above the shower. Lots of inside and outside storage including a small animal crate under the bed.
Trailer tows very well.
Comes with a binder with all the manuals.
No leaks, and shows very well. A real crowd pleaser at RV parks, and camping destinations.
