Seller’s Description: Up for sale is a 1969 Mustang Fastback (Sportsroof) S code, this car was stored inside a dry garage for around 15 years and is a very solid example that has already had a lot of the difficult work done already and would not be a difficult restoration. The floors are very solid and have only had one section repaired that I could see, the rest being factory Sheetmetal. It has a period-correct rebuilt 390 in the car and C6 transmission. Based on the Marti Report, this car was just one of 163 with this paint and trim codes, making it a unique car that would be worthy of restoration. This car has a very solid front frame area and rear as well, with no significant rust anywhere on the car, as well as no signs of accident damage or framework. This would be an excellent car to finish with a nice paint job since the metalwork and bodywork have already been done. Very little body filler was used on the car, it is overall very straight.
