Seller’s Description: Welcome to my listing! What I am selling is a 1971 Buick Riviera that is in great condition for turning the big Five-O this month. This car came to me via CA in the spring of 1995. It has been garaged & covered every night during its time with me in New York. For many years this was my only classic car. I have many fond memories with it and as other finds joined the fleet this one got put on the back burner. As a result 15+ years passed with the car hibernating. I recently got it running again and was amazed how it is back to the running state that it was in prior. The only current issues are that it needs a new windshield as something fell on it and damaged just the glass during its slumber and a new found vigilance to monitor all of the fluids. It seems to drip more now that prior. That is it. Everything works on the car. Not sure about the A/C as it has been cold here but it was converted in 1997. At some point the cloth seats were re-done in a non-correct fabric and the dash has west coast ware. Totally clean and all but would look so much nicer changed out. NO rust or rot. Excellent bones. Also, the front grille is from a ’72 but that is better because it is steel and not plastic like the 1971. Very rare no-vinyl top. The pix up are from two months ago when it was brought to get serviced and fully running again. I will be getting and posting way more pix soon. I just wanted to cease the opportunity of the B.F. ad special (thanks!) and am working with the pix I already have. I have a lift so I can take pix of whatever you may need also.
