Seller’s Description: This Checker Marathon has a great presence and stout mechanicals. This particular Checker has been in a Hollywood movie and the previous owner’s daughter ran away from home and camped out in it for a week. The car is a total restoration project and the engine won’t turn. I believe the engine is still good and a top-end refurbish will bring it back to running condition. The car rolls just fine and will make the new owner proud when it fires up and hits Main Street for the first time. The frame and underbody are just fine. There are spots of rust in the body and on the hood. There is no rot on the car. I have a clean California title in my name. These cars look real tough in person, intimidating even.
