Seller’s Description: 1971 Ford F-100 with a 1976 F-250 4×4 “Highboy” chassis swap. Original Boxwood Green paint with patina. Powered by a Ford 390 FE engine that was rebuilt recently with the addition of an RV cam. Only put 4,500 miles so far on the rebuilt engine. Edelbrock 1406 Performer Series 600 CFM electric choke carburetor. HEI distributor.

The 390 is mated to a C6 three-speed automatic transmission and an NP 205 divorced dual-range transfer case. Dana 60 front axle with manual locking hubs and a 4.10:1 Dana 80 rear axle. Bendix style manual steering with power assist. New power steering pump and steering shaft. Power brakes with new front disc brakes and rear drums. New in-cab 18 gal fuel tank. New 16″ Pro Comp wheels with Westlake Radial SL369 A/T (LT315/75R16 127/124R M+S). New windshield and gasket, new rear window gasket, new driver’s side door seal. Flowmaster mufflers.

This truck starts right up every time and runs well. The truck has mostly surface rust with solid floors and rockers. There is some pitting in the bed and one small spot at the bottom of the passenger door. We originally acquired this truck from Alabama in 2020. It has since been garage kept in Maryland.
