Seller’s Description: Restoration started. All parts are original and everything is present. The title has been lost but it was registered and driven in VT for 6 or 7 years before it was stored. The State of VT does not replace titles on cars older than 10 years, they use a bill of sale. I tried a few months ago and that was the answer I got. I bought the car in 1978 in Mawa, New Jersey at a Lotus dealer.
