Seller’s Description: Nice survivor Mercedes W114 Sedan. Power steering, power brakes, 4 speed automatic. First-year for the twin-cam engine and the last year for small bumpers. The car has been off the road for at least 10 years. I replaced the fuel pump, drained old fuel to get it running again. The engine starts and runs fine when warm but the carb needs to be overhauled. The engine does not smoke and the transmission shifts into all gears smoothly, brakes work but the rear calipers are tight and need to be rebuilt. Even the clock still works! I bought this car to recommission but lost my storage. As seen in the pictures this car has very little rust. Almost all is concentrated behind the front and rear wheels. I purchased all new door seals, front and rear windshield seals, trunk seal, and window channel seals. Also purchased a new windshield that goes with the car. Most of the paint will shine again with compound and wax. RR quarter has been repaired at one time and the rear part of the roof has failing paint. All doors open and close with that Mercedes vault-like quality.
