Seller’s Description: This TR6 is a very well-sorted and upgraded car. Handles and drives like a TR6 should. The engine was completely rebuilt with new .020 over pistons, rings, valves, springs, hardened valve seats, oil pump, S2 cam from TS Imported Automotive as well as new rod and main bearings. The engine also has an upgraded high torque starter, spin-on oil filter, oil supply line to head. The engine has 8800 miles since the rebuild and runs strong. Front and rear suspension have been gone through with many new parts. Redline Corker tires are practically new with 1500 miles on them. The list of new parts goes on and is available upon request.
The body was painted BRG by the previous owner around 2010 and shows very well with no rust. There are a few minor chips. The 4-speed transmission has a very desirable overdrive that works perfectly. The interior has been upgraded with a new figured Walnut veneer dash, stereo with 4 speakers, new seat foam, and rear windscreen. Items that may need attention are the windshield, a few oil drips, and a whine in the rear end. This has been a garage kept Colorado car since the rebuild and is ready to drive anywhere
