Seller’s Description: This is such a NICE truck. This truck has been in the same family since it was new. The original owner passed it to his son, and his son passed it to his son. I purchased this truck from the grandson of the original owner. 3 owners from 1 family. Purchased new in Poteau Oklahoma, and has been a southern vehicle all its life. The truck has a 390 engine with a 2-barrel carburetor, an automatic c6 transmission, and factory air that WORKS. It also has the original AM/FM radio in it. The interior is nearly perfect. The seat upholstery is brand new, as is the steering wheel, dash bezel, and horn pad. All the lights work as they should and the horn works as well. The tires are older and weather-checked but have excellent tread. I was going to put tires on it but I want the new owner to pick the type of tire they want on it so I just lowered the price a little. It runs, drives, and stops as it should. The engine has had recent valve cover gaskets, a new carburetor, and new plugs. The truck has had one, well-done repaint and presents very very nicely. I would give the paint 8 1/2 out of 10. There is a DIY roll-in bedliner in the bed and it is ok but nothing to write home about. I would confidently drive this truck anywhere, it just runs great. The only rust on the truck is in the core support and I have pictured that. It is not a perfect truck but a great driver quality classic, that can be driven and enjoyed as it is today. This truck would be a hit at local car shows. This truck has two gas doors on the side because the original owner ordered it that way but did not want the tank installed, he just wanted the door there “just in case” so it never had 2 tanks. Like I said it is not perfect and may require some tinkering here and there but you WILL NOT be disappointed in this truck. Hagerty says this truck is $17,900 in good condition and $31,500 in excellent condition. I rate it in Very Good Condition and value it at $25,000 but I have priced it to SELL at $12,500. COME SEE THIS TRUCK… you wont be sorry.
