Seller’s Description: 1978 Pontiac TransAm. Original interior; T-Tops; also included are the original Honeycomb wheels. 6.6-liter V-8 engine; automatic transmission. Paint color is not the original color; original color was Chesterfield Brown. Car was garaged for several years until recently (August, 2021). I originally took on the project (was my brother’s car – original owner) however, I have a few other cars that require my capital, so I need to find this one a new home. This is a project vehicle which will take a fair amount of work to get to the point where it can be a daily driver. There are no dents on the car; no accidents; some body work will be required particularly on the quarter-panels (typical place for potential problems on these cars). I have had my long-term mechanic (25+ yrs) review the vehicle and perform all of the of work listed below but more needs to be done. For the right person with tools, talent, and a garage this would be a good project to take on.
