Seller’s Description: 1980 Trans Am Pace Car Edition with original 301 Turbo V8, (1 of 5700). Picked up the car after it was sitting for at least 20 years. My plan is/was to leave it as original looking (ratty) as possible, minus changing the stance a little. Here is what I have done so far:
-Front suspention completely rebuilt. New poly front control arm bushing, balljonts, tierods, swaybar bushings and endlinks, and steering box. 2″ Eibach lowering springs.
-New rear 2″drop leaf springs, poly bushings, swaybar bushings.
-New poly subframe bushings.
-New front brakes (Rotors, pads and, rubber brake lines.
-Rebuilt rear brake calipers w/new pads and rubber brake line.
-New trans filter/fluid and trans shaft seal.
-New hood hinges
-New thermostat, housing and upper radiator hose.
-New floor boards
-New distributor cab rotor/plugs/wires.
-New Windshield
-Rebuilt carburetor
Runs drives and stops well. Tires hold air, but are a little dry-rotted. Have T-tops
