Seller’s Description: Low mileage transit bus. Every seat shows zero wear. Was in service for only two years. Also, bus had a special route where 50% was stop and go and, 50% was driving along Interstate 5 in Stockton, Ca. Purchased many years ago to convert to a motorhome, but never did and now we are giving up trying. We tested the bus a few months ago and every feature worked like new. Has a giant air conditioning system made by Carrier, we wanted to check for mold and mildew before trying the system. Every item on the bus is working. Seats 46 passengers + 2 wheelchair citizens. We drove the bus for 20 miles and tested lights, signals, wipers, doors, wheelchair lift, gauges, allowed the engine to run for two hours. At no time can any exhaust be seen coming from the exhaust pipe. The engine runs perfectly, transmission is the upper-level Allison transmission.
