The five lug front wheels seem overloaded, the very first picture shows a missing lug but, likely from a broken stud. There is a reason 3/4 ton trucks came with 8 lugs.
Title says it is a C10, NOT a C20 or C30. It is a half ton “phantom” dually. If you look at the rear it is rollin’ on fatty singles. And looking damn good doing it too, I might add!!!
I hate it when people put the updated front end on these trucks.
What happened to the rear bumper?
