It is not often that we find the bargain basement of Barn Finds, but this seller looks to have some excellent cars for a great price. The seller claims to have purchased these cars from out west, and after hibernating are in need of a fuel system, brake system, and safety check up. All of these cars are claimed to run, but have been sitting for roughly 30 years. You read the title of this story correct, all of these cars are listed at $4,995 a car, and many of the cars look to be in fantastic condition. Find this collection of cars for sale here on craigslist out of Nashville, Georgia.

This 1966 Ford Mustang is a 289 V8 automatic car that is listed as complete. The paint looks original, and the exterior looks pretty sharp. It is difficult to tell from the pictures, but it looks like there may be a light amount of rust in the driver front fender towards the bottom. The interior looks flawless, and clean. The engine bay looks a little dusty, but a little time spent with this Mustang would do wonders.

This 1951 Chrysler Imperial Sedan is Hemi powered, and wears a pleasant shade of green. The exterior looks flawless and the chrome looks to be in pretty good shape. It also appears all of the trim is present from what we can see of the photos. The engine and bay on this one looks a bit grimy and rusty, but the paint on the firewall looks great, and the engine would certainly clean up with some work. The trunk floor looks solid, and this Plymouth looks like a great condition survivor.

We really like this 1940 Chevrolet Coupe. It is listed as being excellent condition on the exterior and interior. The photos certainly depict that as well. The chrome looks to need some polishing, but this Chevrolet looks awesome and the price and condition are awesome for this coupe! This Chevy is a 6 cylinder 3 speed car, and currently has a stuck valve, so that would be one extra thing to tend to.

mustang-find-4

This 1949 Hudson is a nice one as well. The exterior looks clean and straight and the interior looks like new. We love the silver paint with the red wheels, this is really a sharp car. Listed as being in excellent condition, and being powered by a 6 cylinder 3 speed, we really like this Hudson too. The dashboard is just mesmerizing.

Who doesn’t love a 1956 Buick Special? This car looks to be an awesome survivor as well, and we love the color combination on this one. Listed as a V8, automatic car and needing nothing. The interior on this Buick is just fantastic, and looks to be a very nice original car. The exterior looks great, as well as the chrome, and the trim all looks to be present. There are quite a few of these Buick Specials out and about, but this survivor is really an excellent example of one.

The 1950 Ford sedan looks like a solid car, and looks to wear original paint. There is no apparent rust on this one, not even surface rust. Listed as being complete and solid, this ’50 Ford also looks like a great deal. The 1951 Mercury Sedan wears some surface rust, but overall looks like a solid car as well. The chrome looks salvageable, and all of the trim appears to be present. Looking a little shabbier than the rest of the offerings, the 1952 Chevrolet Sedan mostly wears surface rust, with some original paint surviving. Though evenly covered in surface rust, this Chevy looks to be a solid and complete project that would perhaps make a nice and affordable patina cruiser.

Each of these cars seem like solid cars, and some seem like an outright bargain for the condition they are in. All of these cars need some tlc, but a little tlc on just one of these cars would offer a great reward to whoever purchased it. Which one of these cars do you want and what would you do with your pick of the lot?

That Chevy coupe appears to be a’41 or later. I believe a ’40 had headlight buckets separate from the fenders and still had running boards.

I’m a hopeless flathead fan, first and foremost so it goes without saying that I would take the Mercury and the Ford without hesitation. I’m also getting to like the jellybean Chevies so the ’52 looks interesting. It would also make a good companion to my ’49.

If you write auto related articles, shouldn’t you know the difference between a chevy that has paint and a ford that doesn’t?
    Just sayin’

Looks like “Ed” cleaned up! We’ll likely see them again by the end of the week listed at 3 times the price.
