Love the bikes but I bet the neighbors in the first pic don’t care much for their balcony view.

I have photos of my dad’s identical ’48 Chief. He traded it for a utility trailer in the late 50’s, probably my mom’s doings.

All of them are pretty cool, My pick is the Indian. Now that is patina! As neat as the Cushman is, his description is one word to long. ” great rusty patina ” And thanks for a couple more bike teasers.

The third collection listed are all cool bikes but the seller is way up there on the prices. He does have very nice examples in both 2 and 4 wheels, but the pricing tells me that he is more attached to it than he thinks.

Had a ’59 Cushman Super Eagle back in circa ’64. See that cast exhaust header ? Wearing shorts in the summer, I burned my leg kick starting it so many times that I had a permanent burn mark of those fins for years. A fun thing about looking at Pics is what’s in the background. I see a rat rod tub with an inline 6 I think and a pretty cool ’59 Ford. :-) Terry J

None of the five Honda’s listed for $2000 are “Dreams”. The 50 is a C110. All have missing or destroyed parts most of which are hard to find. These bikes do not have the kind of value today in restored condition that would justify paying that amount of money for projects. The Yamaha’s were not particularly good bikes when new and all of the small bikes sold for less than $350 each new. I’d consider them scrap or parts bikes at best as they would do little more than litter a guys yard. The 150’s are from different years and models and were marginal performers when new. If your a tinkerer and have untold patience and co-operative neighbors the 4 150’s might be worth $750 but don’t waste your time and money on the rest of that lot..
