We have featured frames for your project and now we have a 1950 Studebaker funnycar fiberglass body. It’s listed here on craigslist out of St. Louis, Missouri for $2,900. According to the owner this body was used by the famous racer Mr. Leo Walters and has made 200 mph passes.
This is, as per the owner, a one-of-a-kind, the original mold and steel car body were destroyed. According to the owner everything is ready to drop onto your chassis. Do you have a chassis or do you want to find one? Go fast and make a good pass.

Calm down now Jason, perhaps you are unfamiliar with drag racing, this is a top fuel ( or alcohol or ProMod) dragster body ( and not a very aerodynamic one, I must say). More for nostalgia racing. Modern funny car bodies are made out of carbon-fiber and can cost upwards of $25K or more. This is way cool, and would be a great start for someone budget racing (as if)

This looks like a well made Fiberglas shell with a perpous built reason to exist and that is racing. Nothing more nothing less. Racing has always been part of the testing ground for advancement in automotive technology. I agree where is the wrath coming from.
