We love barn finds that can be driven right away and this Porsche 356B is one of those finds. The seller got this car out of a barn about 10 years ago and has been driving it since. The seller says it was under a cover in a hay barn when he found it, so there shouldn’t be any serious rust on this car. Find it on eBay with a starting bin of $28,500.

This car looks to be in really great shape, but has a few problems. The seller believes this car was restored before it was put into the barn, so it’s an older restoration and could use a refresh. The paint looks to be presentable, but could use a makeover. The driver’s seat needs to be recovered, as one of its seams it pulling apart.

The seller says the engine runs and drives great, but there is one issue that has us concerned. The transmission pops out of reverse. The seller says he was told it’s a linkage problem, but it could be something more serious that will need attention. That isn’t a problem that should keep this beauty off the road though.

One of our favorite things about older Porsches is their absolute simplicity. There is nothing complex about this interior, it’s simple and clutter free. We hope that when this car was restored all the original pieces were put back on the car.

This car would make a great driver, but the seller maybe asking a bit too much. We would feel more comfortable with a price closer to $25k. With that being said these cars are going up in value and with a little work this car could easily be made into a $30K car.
