1990 Chevrolet Blazer: Second Owner, Mint!

Disclosure: This site may receive compensation from some link clicks and purchases.

You don’t see many vehicles as well-preserved as this 1990 Chevrolet Blazer located in Moore, Idaho. It’s listed for sale here on eBay where bidding has already exceeded $26,000! It really is in stellar condition–check out the pictures below!

I’m guessing this snapshot was taken shortly after the current owner purchased the vehicle. Hasn’t changed much, has it! The lift kit was added in the 2000s and a set of wheels and tires have been added as well. The seller recently drove it from Missouri to Idaho without issues.

It’s hard to believe this is the original paint. It’s hard to find flaws. The Blazer was originally sold in Carrollton, Texas.

Even the undercarriage looks great!

Naturally, the dash and carpet are gorgeous as well. We only got a picture of one seat bottom but it looks good; I’m betting the rest look just as nice.

No surprises under the hood, either, although I’d want to know if the air conditioning was functional before bidding. It’s hard to believe it’s not fewer than 70,000 miles; you can tell that both of the owners really loved this Chevy! In 1990, Chevrolet produced 146,989 Blazers. I’ll bet you would be hard pressed to find another one even close to this nice. What do you think?

I’d rather have an early bronco that needs work for this kind of money being spent here.

I think that production number primarily consists of S-10 Blazers.

Lots of love for K5’s. Prices are nuts but the market seems to support it. I remember the first time I saw a K5 for over $40k.. it was about 6-7 years ago at the big swap meet in Barrie ON. Couldn’t believe it – granted it was an immaculately restored red 69-72 with a 400 and a manual but figured was a sign of things to come.

    Very cool truck.

The 69-72’s prices don’t translate directly to the 73 and later versions. Those are gaining in popularity and price, but they aren’t in the same league.

Agreed, different classes but climbing prices of first gens translate into climbing prices of the square body’s.

You were 6 or 7? Really. When was that, this year? These things aren’t even worth 40K now. My buddy had one, a major pain to take the top off. Maybe 10K now tops.

Amen Chuckster ! Being mostly a Ford guy, I look at examples like this and think of how proud i would be to own it ! Maturity and an appreciation for the cars i no longer see around, attending car shows, etc. makes me realize how much I like the folks that love their cars, regardless of make (not too interested in modern 4 bangers with loud fart cans and stereos though)

There is a lot of fishiness about this listing. I have an ’87 California Silverado with 60K miles that I can’t get 14 grand for. None of the blazers of a similar age on Ebay in any condition pulled more that 15.
He says he’s the second owner; purchased from a Texas Woman. The vehicle’s in Idaho, but it has Illinois plates.
The ‘original’ paint shows no sign of name tags, or the holes left behind. That wouldn’t have been a dealer sanctioned mod. because of their dealer license.
The guy pulled the listing 12 hours out, even though the high bidder was ‘in’ for $32,500.00! I don’t think so.
