1994 Toyota Land Cruiser DJ81

Disclosure: This site may receive compensation from some link clicks and purchases.

The Toyota Land Cruiser is Toyota’s SUV star child. Known to be exceptionally reliable, versatile, and roomy these vehicles are workhorses for anyone. Great for off-roading but still an excellent option even for someone who never wants to go off the asphalt. This 1994 Toyota Land Cruiser has just 117k miles and is for auction on eBay. The bidding ends Sunday, November 8th.

This Land Cruiser is finished in factory Medium Red with a pearl finish. The paint appears to be in excellent condition. Some stone chips and minor damage are to be expected for a car of this age with 117k miles. The car is said to wear oversized off-road tires and premium wheels. It also has the towing package option and is rust free.

The interior is finished in factory tan cloth and appears to be in great condition throughout. It is equipped with a functioning sunroof, upgraded surround sound Pioneer with bluetooth and a reverse camera, handy third-row seating, air conditioning, cruise control, seat heating, and navigation. While this isn’t a luxury car, everything you need for comfort and functionality is present and in good condition.

A 4.5 liter 6-cylinder engine sends power to all four wheels via an automatic transmission. 117k miles is low for a Land Cruiser and this example could easily last another 117k miles should the next owner maintain the car as well as the previous owners have. Whether you need a cool family vehicle or want to take this Toyota on the trails this SUV is perfect for truly anyone. If you’re in the market for a vehicle that does everything and wont break the bank on the rare occasion that it needs a repair, this 1994 Toyota Land Cruiser could be for you. Make sure to bid on ebay before the auction ends this Sunday.

A friend of mine has one of these, just surpassed 500k miles and still runs like new. This one is barely broken in!

I owned a 1991 LC and only sold it in 2004 because I was starting to get electrical gremlins and going through alternators as if they disposable. Of course that was with 375k miles and zero expenses other than normal maintenance and my upgrades. While I loved that truck and often took it off road for fun with the upgraded Old Man Emu suspension, off-road tires et al, I needed a vehicle for trailering my boats and jet skis, and while the Six had great low end torque it could handle and empty small utility trailer at 65 mph. Plus, with the off road upgrades I was averaging 6-8 mpg. My beloved LC was replaced with a 2002 Excursion 7.3 that I still own today with 220k and is barely broken in.
