Listed here on craigslist St. Louis, Missouri is this 1978 Executive 28′ Class A motorhome that is priced at $4,250 OBO and the seller is even willing to do a partial trade for 200 bales of clean straw!
There are 140,000 miles on this rig. At 118,000 a new 413 wedge Dodge engine was installed. There are new brakes and “good” tires. It was inspected in November and was driven to Colorado last month. As per Joe, the seller, the rig needs nothing and is ready to go. These are the only two images with the ad, so you will have to contact Joe for details and images of the interior.
Motor-on,

Uh yeah, hay is way more valuable to me and my horses that this thing.
He must have found some good grass to trade for. Just an FYI, hay and straw are not the same thing. Some cruddy hay will have straw in it, but straw will not have any hay worth mentioning in it.
One is for eating, and the other is for craping on. I’ll bet Dan h’s horses know the difference.
Listing removed. I would have bought the plates. I collect ones with words. It had PIT on plate in pic
Is that an aluminum ladder on the roof?
Maybe Cousin Eddie got it?
Do you mean Mr. Ed?
I would love to have seen inside.
An “Executive” ( whistles). My parents had motorhomes like this years ago. They were basically a mid-duty truck with a box on the frame. They rode terrible, were all over the road in a stiff wind, and fuel economy was measured in “gallons/mile”. Still, for us poor folks that can’t afford a “Prevost”, this is a great, inexpensive way to see the USA. Don’t forget the Jeep Wrangler towed behind to complete the scene. ( further reducing gas mileage)
Rip the motor out
Buy a 68 charger
Roadkill
Reading my mind. Thanks
How much straw for the 413?
