Help Us Hunt Down This Alfa Romeo Stash!

Alfas

If the single Alfetta that we featured last night didn’t quite get your blood going, then may I suggest this collection of Alfa Romeo cars and parts instead? As you will see in the pictures, this was a huge collection! The seller listed everything month’s ago and I couldn’t find any contact information though so I’m not sure if it’s still all on the market or not. It might be worth investigating though if you have a hankering for something Italian. Take a look at the photo gallery and inventory list here. Be sure to let us know if you are able to track down the owner or if you come across more details.

This is quite an old listing. I believe the seller is on the West coast, most likely it was in Washington State…

There was a guy in Astoria Oregon that was selling Alfas and parts. I talked to him about parts for my spider but never went to his place

Looks like Calif. plates on the dodge ram across the street.
House number looks like 1704 or 1784 … anyone got better screen resolution.
Might be able to get tag number off the ram.

That Dodge Ram has WA plates, not that I can make out the #’s, but the coloring matches our Mt Rainier plates. The green Camaro also looks to be WA. With a couple of the Alfas wearing older WA plate it would be safe to assume this is in WA. The area looks unfortunately like almost every suburban neighborhood from Canada to Oregon.

Several of his cars have Washington plates. None of this cars have front plates, I think that eliminates Calif, as they require plates front and back for revenue enhancement.

Don’t be blinded by the Alfa treasure trove. THE TRUCK ACROSS the street has Cali tags as does the vehicle parked along the street. Need better eyes ( kinda older) or better screen resolution.

Yeah maybe someone already purchased these. Or perhaps the current seller took photos of these when they picked them up in Washington. I love the idea of having one of these, but the rust potential seems to always scare me off.

I don’t know what the ‘OneDrive’ site is. Maybe you need to be a member of it to contact this seller, but with the lack of clarity on that I can only guess that the seller isn’t very interested in marketing these cars & parts.

All those parts probably have value, but the whole cars look overpriced to me since you can get a good running GTV6 for the price of one of his cars, which have a very limited market. The parts will have a small market—the people who already have a GTV and need parts for it.

Follow the link to the photos, right click on a photo and select Details. The person who added the photo is Joel X XXXXXX (not sure he wants his name listed here). He added the photo in 7/12/2007 1:46AM (likely the camera’s date and time weren’t set properly as the document has 2015 dates). Google the name and you get and address: http://www.peoplebyname.com/people/Gessele/Joel. Google the address and you can see an Alfa in the back yard on street view: https://www.google.com/maps/@47.354739,-122.18398,3a,75y,24.5h,87.45t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1s3B4nUNUAWsYe48Q9vq3DrA!2e0!7i13312!8i6656!6m1!1e1
