From David F. – Here is a true barn find in Minneapolis, a 1923 Buick Roadster. According to the owner it was restored before it was parked and is complete. I’m sure the years in the barn have not been kind to it, but at least it was indoors. Jason, the seller, says it has a new top, interior and rebuilt engine, but he says he is selling it for a friend. He says he is hoping to get $6000 to $10,000 here on craigslist. I think he’s a bit optimistic. For example, a similar restored Buick just sold on eBay for $9,500. I wish this Buick was closer to my area so I could check it out. Is there anyone in the Minneapolis area who would be willing to go have a look? I’m thinking there are folks out there who might be interested if there were more pictures and information available. Surely, there’s a happy home out there somewhere for this old Buick?

Why do people try to sell a car with 1 lousy picture. So LAZY. Pictures are digital. They’re free… take a lot! Front, rear, both sides, engine, interior, underbody, etc.
Looks like the restorer got in early on the “monochromatic” look. I’m no expert but I’m pretty sure the radiator shell, headlight buckets and windshield frame would have been painted black or nickel plated. One or the other.
