The Best Barn Finds Of 2014!

There were some amazing finds to surface in 2014, so we thought we would take a quick look at a few of our favorites! Somehow, another GM dealership with a stash of classics came up for grabs, someone found a huge stash of Corvettes, and the mystery of a Cobra was solved in our comments section! Take a look and let us know which of 2014’s finds were your favorite below.

#4. If you enjoyed reading about the Lambrecht Auction of 2013, you’ll be sure to enjoy the Bullock GM Dealership auction! While not quite as impressive of a find, there were some pretty incredible vehicles here plus a great story. So, be sure to give this one a read here.

#3. Reader Alan F made one heck of a discovery in North Carolina! He made the mistake of volunteering to help the owner of the place find homes for all the cars and we ended up sending him so much interest he got flooded with phone calls. Thankfully, we were able to help him with messages and he ended up finds homes for many of these finds. This one is worth a look just for the photos, so be sure to check it out here.

#2. Long-time tipster, Jim S, pointed this find out to us! Peter Max bought up a ton of Corvettes with plans to turn them into rolling pieces of art. He ended up stashing them in a parking garage and that’s where they stayed until just recently. Now, the whole collection is up for grabs! This story should prove to be an interesting one to follow. You can read more of the story here.

#1. There are lots of reasons why this find takes the top position! For one, it’s a barn find Cobra with a mysterious past. Secondly, because our incredible readers were able to figure out more of the car’s story and were even able to identify it as a British-built Cobra. Talk about a knowledgeable group of car nuts! Most importantly though, this find reminded us that there are still lots of incredible finds out there waiting to be discovered. You can read this one and the comments that go along with it here!
