The seller’s family has owned this car since the late ’60s and they feel it’s time for the car to move on to new owners. The car was running the last time it was licensed in 1981, but has been parked since then and doesn’t run, but it’s likely an easy fix.

1964 Renault Caravelle Interior

The interior of this car is in excellent shape and just needs a good cleaning. You can see the boxes of extra parts that are included with the car. It even comes with a NOS soft top that’s still in the box. The sell also includes the factory hard top and the original soft top.

1964 Renault Caravelle Rear

This Caravelle’s body looks excellent, with no visible rust or dents. The chrome and trim work is a bit rough, but all the pieces are there and should polish up nicely. This is the kind of find that we wouldn’t want to mess with too much, so as to not loss the originality and character that only a garage find of this age can offer.

1964 Renault Caravelle Front

This car has been with the same family for a very long time, but they are ready to get rid of it and free up some garage space. The car has been stored inside its entire life and with a little bit of work it should be back on the road in no time.

If only this car was on the right coast. I can smell that inimitable Gallic car scent in my memory…
