Over the years, many of you have seen me report back on the cars and trucks on my friend’s property in North Georgia. Believe it or not, I am still helping him but have slowed down a bit in recent months following the birth of our third kiddo. Now that we’re in a new routine, I wanted to share a few vehicles that deserve new homes, all of them being Cadillac models from the late 70s to the early 90s. The 1989 Brougham shown here is believed to have just over 35,000 miles from new, and the interior condition, along with the vinyl roof and other details, all seem to confirm it has been used sparingly since new. Check out the other cars below.

This is the 1990 model which has over 100,000 miles but still presents very well. The most appealing aspect of this car, in addition to being from the year when the only major refresh happened and more “Euro” styling was incorporated, is that it is an FE2 package car. This means the big Caddy got a slightly sportier suspension and of course, came with the much-preferred 5.7L V8. This car presents well and runs excellent, but the digital gauge cluster is inoperative. From what I’ve read, it’s a common problem but it will need to be corrected by the next owner. We are asking $9,500 for the 1990 FE2 sedan.

This interior photo takes us back to the low-mileage 1989 model shown up top. I love the originality in this car, and the leather is the best part. It is in absolutely spectacular condition, and the same goes for the door panels, dash, and carpeting. The cosmetics are bit tired right now, but it’s only because we don’t have the bandwidth to get them properly detailed. This car would look outstanding with a proper paint correction and cut/buff. The vinyl roof shows next to no flaws and the car runs and drives well. We are asking $10,500 for the 1989 model.

Now, here’s a special car that’s also the biggest project of the trio: a 1976 Cadillac DeVille coupe, which was once an absolute stunner in black with red leather and a matching red vinyl top. This car does have a few issues, the worst of which stems from rust perforations at the bottom of the roof panel where it meets the body on the C-pillar. The car is complete and does run – we actually drove it into this spot – but it is definitely a project that will need a proper going-over along with cosmetic repairs. Still, this is car worthy of restoring with its massive 5ooCI V8 engine and handsome styling that remains stunning to this day. We are asking $6,000 for this example.

All of these Cadillacs were owned by a gentleman who was a huge Cadillac fan and treasured them before ultimately falling ill and passing away. The cars are all easily accessible and located approximately 1.5 hours northeast of Atlanta. Despite looking like it’s buried, the DeVille coupe is also easily movable. The last time we sold a Cadillac off of this property, Lance and the team from Restored on YouTube paid us a visit and bought an old limo that may have belonged to Elvis; you don’t have to be a YouTube hero to buy one of these Caddys, but it certainly doesn’t hurt! Please reach out with any questions.

WOW! What a collection of collectible Cadillacs. The 89 looks to be a Brougham deElegance with those tufted seats and hood strips. My 89 was the deElegance with soft tufted velour seats. Ultimate LAND YACHT. Should have kept it. I guess it’s too late for me to 🎵Take the Midnight Train 🎶 to Georgia 🎵. But I would be GLAD AS KNIGHT to have another 89.

To RICK W: clever as usual: wonder what the Pips Would say? If I could afford one of these, the 1989 would win, hands-down — EXCEPT for that PINK COLOUR!!! But I’m not keen on leather seats, either. An ’89 Lincoln Town Car in this condition might intrigue me, however… or, maybe an ’86 Grand Marquis LS…

Saw that video with a friend of mine New Year’s Eve. You can say one thing for them, they are persistent and DID get it to run and drive. Although there was a lot of comedy throughout as they got that poor car to run. Sounds like you have a lot of great cars to choose from. Too bad I’m tapped out right now.
