The car is located in Alameda, California, where it is claimed to have been since new with only one owner. This 327, numbers matching, Capri Cream painted car has been garage kept. The low mileage, 327 V8 is connected to an automatic transmission. According to the listing, the car runs and drives. Power steering and power brakes are on the car, and a new battery has been installed along with new tires. In regard to the paint, the listing states that the car has been repainted once, with the same factory color paint as it came new with. You can decide if the car is all original or not after that.

Inside, the Gold Deluxe interior is meticulous. Something you don’t see in a Camaro often is a front bench seat, which this car has. Other options also listed on this car are power windows and a tilt steering wheel, along with folding rear seats, deluxe seat belts, and a rear window defogger. The care and climate were contributing factors to this cars stunning interior and exterior, especially the vinyl roof.

There is a lot to take in on this car. Thankfully, the VIN is listed, so you could check up on it before heading out and looking at in person. Some of the language in the listing almost makes it seem as if there is uncertainty to how original the car is. That would make sense in the realm of classic car selling. However, the listing does make a pretty strong case that this is a great car to put on a go see list.

Nice car that was fairly priced, no wonder it sold quickly.

It’s really well optioned. I didn’t know you could get a column shift tilt in a Camaro.

Alameda can be pretty isolated, much of it has a small town feel, there are lots of older people with old cars. You can still see them parked in driveways if you drive around the right neighborhood, who knows what’s parked in their garages.

Looks like a really nice car, and good buy for the money, but not “Always been in Alameda, CA”…The protecto plate indicates that the original owner Irene Lutter lived 130 miles away in Twain Harte, CA…”

Power windows were a very rare option in the Firebirds (less than 4% of all Firebird production in 67), I would imagine a rare option in a Camaro too. Nice options.

I concour a very nice Camaro bought right hopefully by someone who will enjoy it & not a dealer to flip for even more money which is usually the case.
