Here’s a Mach 1 restoration project for someone! The seller doesn’t seem to know much about it except for the fact that it has been sitting for years. They think the engine might be original, but they dont have a title. The title may be the least of your concerns here though. This is going to be a big undertaking. The seller has it listed here on eBay with the option to place a bid or Buy it Now for $6,000. Do you think someone could still come out ahead here?

Sold!
Ha little late sold yesterday
Sold quick and for a nice price. There’s been a 6 cylinder 69 fastback in my area for sale for months, guy wants 12k. http://portland.craigslist.org/clk/cto/5828533455.html
Wish he’d see this and get a clue.
maybe he really doesn’t want to sell it
That’s a little to much but there is one born every day.
That was a screamin’ deal at $6K
If a title is so easy to get, why didn’t the seller get one?
Sold but its a ’69 Fastback, how could you go wrong? The way the cars were constructed unless someone kept it in a heated garage from day one, never washed it and only drove it on perfectly dry days it needs rust repair. All of us have laid a few miles of wire bringing muscle cars back from the dead, what’s a few more for a Fastback? There’s one on eBay near me in Baldwin NY for only $3,900 so far including new floor and some replacement parts, I wish I had the space besides surgeries I’m trying to get ready to move, one more car right now would be too much but soon. Have a good night everyone, when I’m settled I’ll be back more often.
True M code 351w mach1! Mine was about the same rust condition as I bought it in 1984. Without undercoating these cars are all similar if driven in winter.
What Rick said……and sold !
Complete car for $2k, with orig paint even was awesome buy for $2k!
That guy from Celina Tennessee has been ripping people off on bondo bucket Mustangs for YEARS. He has had to close down his ebay accounts several times due to negative feedback and internet warnings about him. Don’t fall for that “doesn’t know much about it” baloney. He knows.
