Attempting to copy a design or an elegant look is often said to be a form of flattery, but it usually works best when the basic idea is executed from something that already bears a resemblance or similarity to whatever it is you’re wanting to mimic. A case in point for many might be this 1985 Chevrolet S-10 Blazer, which the seller has dubbed a Blazerossa, and he’s done a decent job of replicating the side sculpting found on many Ferrari Testarossas. If you’re ready to take over and complete what’s been started here, this one is located in Barto, Pennsylvania, and can be spotted here on Facebook Marketplace with an asking price of $6,000. Interesting find, Rocco B., and thanks for making us aware of it!

Though the idea here won’t appeal to everyone, I can’t fault an auto enthusiast for having a vision and the desire to turn it into reality. While there’s some smoothing out and a considerable amount of additional exterior detail work left to do here, this doesn’t seem to be a bad start for someone with the body skills to take over and make this a real attention-getter. I sort of appreciate the oddly placed indentation for the license plate, and once the fit and gaps are all adequate, this might look pretty cool with a well-thought-out paint job and a set of unusual aftermarket wheels.

Once you peek inside, it becomes apparent that all the efforts so far have been focused on the exterior, as the interior appears to be just about all stock. If it’s just a fun driver you’re after, things in here may be OK as they are now. However, once the bodywork is completed, this might be the time to add some custom features inside. I’m envisioning an abstract steering wheel at a minimum, but the door jambs might need to be addressed sooner, as they’re a larger focal point and need attention as much as any interior component.

There’s literally zero information posted about the mechanicals here, but the mileage is listed at 120,723, and we get to view one photo of the engine compartment. This oddity has been available for over 3 months, so there’s obviously not excessive competition from buyers who just can’t wait to complete this project. However, I’ve got to believe that this 1985 Chevrolet S-10 Blazerossa is an ideal candidate for somebody out there to show some love and take to the finish line. Could that person be you?

Mein Gott! Another Frankenmobile! Have mercy.
You couldn’t give it to me for free ! ….🤪🤪🤪
this is what happens when recreational pharmaceuticals and a Chevy Blazer are combined, the result is never good
