I’m guessing that this 1972 Camaro has resided in a body shop for a while; I don’t know of anywhere else that would generate this level of fine grayish dust. At least it’s been inside out of the elements. Thanks to Barn Finds reader OG for this find! The Camaro has obviously been off the road; at this point it doesn’t have an engine or transmission. As the seller says here in their craigslist ad, the car hasn’t been butchered, and was equipped with a vinyl top, split bumpers, air conditioning and power windows. The original drivetrain was a 350 V-8 and a Turbo 350 automatic transmission. It’s located in Mohave Valley, Arizona, which bodes well for the body if it’s been there for a long time, but is a little pricey at $4,000 without a drivetrain. Nonetheless, body repair could eat up the difference between a less-expensive car and this one quickly, so if the body is truly excellent it might be worth a visit. What drivetrain would you install?

This one hasn’t had any body work done it would appear by the original moulding falling off but it must have been nice enough to already find a home.
