A huge thanks to Barnfinds reader AMXBrian for providing the tip on this awesome collection of Jeep Cherokee, Wagoneer, and J10 truck parts.  Located in Chaparral, New Mexico and advertised here on Craigslist, this collection of Jeep vehicles deserves a closer look.  From the guy who is simply looking for that hard to find, original part to repair a vintage Jeep and get it back on the road (or trail) to someone looking for a more-or-less complete truck to begin a restoration project, this place has it all.  But wait, there is much more to the posting! 

The seller mentions he has all types of parts – everything from engine parts to transmissions to electrical components, not to mention interior parts.  He also has complete Wagoneer, J10, and Cherokee bodies and the pictures provided in the ad reveal a really nice collection of trucks that certainly runs the gamut.  There are even a couple of increasingly coveted mid-to-late ’80’s Grand Wagoneers complete with faux wood grain trim still present.

The seller offers a not-so-conspicuous mentioning of his business in the ad and upon further investigation, it turns out that A Little 4×4 Company not only sells Jeep parts but specializes in customization, restoration, and bodywork.  While looking through the photos of the old Jeeps in the ad it isn’t hard to pick out a bunch of old Scouts and Ford trucks resting in the hot, dry desert.  I see some other random cars of interest as well, including a Beetle, a couple of VW vans, a Cadillac, a pretty nice looking FJ40, and an early 4Runner (sans motor).  I think that’s an F100 Stepside next to the 4Runner, am I right?  I’m certain Barnfinds readers will eagerly correct me if I’ve guessed wrong, but is that a Nova parked in front of the light blue J10?  What other cars can you find in the photos?

To those of us who live under the reign of the salt-happy DOT’s of the Northeast, the opportunity to browse through a trove of older, vintage 4×4’s for parts and solid, practically rust-free bodies is rare if not impossible to come by.  Jeeps, Scouts, and old Toyotas!  This collection is right in my wheelhouse!  Thanks again, AMXBrian!
