This “small” Ford wagon has some issues, but it also has a lot of things going for it. One of the best things is that it’s for sale here on eBay at no reserve with still bidding below $230 as I write this! The Falcon currently resides in Chester, New York. The seller states that the car runs well, has air conditioning, and has all trim intact (although I’m not sure what happened to the “R” and “D” on the hood). The tailgate and parts of the floor will need some rust repair and unless you like painted bumpers, plan on a substantial re-chroming bill. I think it has a very humble look to it right now with the original wheel covers in place and the skinny whitewalls, although I think I’d go with a set of American Racing Torq-Thrust D’s. How about you?

I’d prefer a “real” Falcon V-8 wagon, i.e. 1963-65, instead of a decontented Fairlane with a funky front clip and a really poor quality repaint. Just my two cents…
You can’t go wrong with Torq-Thrust Ds.
Made the year I was born, I’ve got a much better paint job and far less rust luckily.
The red paint has to go!!! Even Earl Schieb could do better for $29.95.
How lazy, if your going to paint a car a different color please jam it or paint it the same color as before. Would make a decent grocery getter or parts hauler for 1K.
Did the painter just spray everything and then take a paint scraper to the windows?
UH OH…..Better get MAACO…
I wonder how much more rust is under the red cover? Hmmmm I see quite a few big bubbles
Cheap, angry-pimple red. Boy, that looks good.
Brilliant value – $1,900 !!! Love it…..
Maybe the R & D are not missing and in a rough part of NY stand for “FO DOE’s” or FO cylinder or FO sale, or not for sale and FO stands for, well, you know…..later being OFF…angry new Yorker.
