About Ben Bradmon

I was born into a family of car fanatics. My Grandfather did mechanical work and taught me how to fix things beginning with bicycles, then lawn mowers and then giving me the confidence to work on my own cars.
My father has been an auto body man for over 50 years. I’ve helped sand and sand and re-sand many a car in primer. He let me help mask the cars before he painted them.
My first car was a 1974 Oldsmobile 442 purchased in 1980. The car was completely redone by my father and myself from vinyl top to a different interior and repainted in white with gold stripes. I’ve owned a 1947 Hudson Pickup and a 1980 Plymouth Road Runner. Our family specifically likes Hudson Motor Cars.

The latest project with my father, my son and myself is a 1958 (Lincoln) Continental Mark III convertible.

One of my hobbies is building 1/24 scale model cars. I also have an interest in Hot Wheels and Matchbox cars. Anything automotive: license plates, signs, banners, and hubcaps adorn the walls my garage.

I spend quite a bit of time writing, writing on average two sermons and two Bible lessons a week, for I preach for a local congregation here in Rices Landing, Pennsylvania.
