If you thought the Corvair barn find from the other day was impressive, then you should take a look at this. Unfortunately, these ones are sitting outside, but there are quite a few vans and trucks in the mix. The seller has listed the whole lot on eBay for their neighbor and bidding starts at $200. They are located in Newberry Springs, California and there appears to be a few other cars littered amongst the Corvairs. Take a look at the photos below and let us know which ones you would want to bring back from the dead. A special thanks goes to Jim S. for sending these our way.

The vans and pickups especially. I don’t see much rust on the cars so I think the whole lot could be beneficial to many projects.

No bids. Sheesh. If I didn’t call Australia home, I’d be on it in a heartbeat.

I have no room & it’s too far away, otherwise the whole lot would be mine.

Having lived in the Southwest U.S and California for more than 20 years. I can tell you that the desert is allot kinder than the Northeast states would be. Even if you parted everyone out, You’ll make a ton of money with a small investment & some elbow grease.

I dont ever recall seeing a Corvair truck before .I wonder if they were the same running stuff as the cars were? Anyway my first car was a 63 Corvair paid $100.00 for either in 1974 or 75?

I’ve seen a few Rampsides in my day but they weren’t as common as the vans. From what I understand the engines were the same basic engine offered in the cars, only with a larger clutch. The optional turbo’d engines weren’t available on either the pickup or the van as far as I know. Maybe someone else might know more???
